What to Expect on the Day of a Brazillian Butt Lift

Fat is obtained through liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, back, thighs, or upper arms using state of the art Vaser assisted liposuction. It is then purified into a more concentrated fat so it can be replaced in the body. Dr. Heidari will make several small incisions on your buttocks. A rod-like tool (called a cannula) will be inserted and moved back and forth to loosen up any bands of tissue.
In a process that is essentially the reverse of liposuction, Dr. Heidari will then use his artistry to transfer the fat to key areas to create sexier, rounded buttocks and counter the area for a smooth, uniform look. Usually, about 500 to 1000 cc are injected on each side, depending on available fat. The procedure takes two to four hours to complete. Most patients can expect 70% of transferred fat to remain after three to four months.
