Meet the Doctor

For more than 25 years, Dr. Ali Heidari has been helping people bring out their best, most beautiful self. A board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Heidari completed medical school at Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine and then went on to finish six years of post-graduate medical training in general, aesthetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgery. During this time Dr. Heidari studied under highly acclaimed surgeons at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, New York Medical College, Mount Sinai Medical Center, and Sloan-Memorial Cancer Center of Manhattan. Director of Nursing / Patient Care Coordinator

Jessica has been a CA Board Certified Registered Nurse since 2005, holding a Bachelor’s degree from CSUSB. She has been with Dr. Heidari for 16 years. Jessica maintains current compliance with AAAHC and Medicare to maintain the utmost in safety and regulatory policies within our Surgical Center. She will be there for you through your journey from pre-op to the operating room, and even postoperative follow up’s. Jessica provides compassion and the sincerest care that all patients require during every step of the way, always with a smile on her face.

Raquel has proven many years of excellence in social marketing, hospitality and customer service skills. She believes that details matter. Most of her work has remained within the medical field, and she finds that is where her heart is. She enjoys always being available to our patients, providing a consistently warm, caring and compassionate setting to them and their families. Raquel is here to ensure that you receive exceptional service and care while you are visiting us.

Surgical Technologist

Nancy maintains a close relationship with Dr. Heidari and the anesthesiologist while assisting them in the operating room. Nancy is in charge of surgical instrument maintenance to assure safe operations of all equipment. In addition she also helps Jessica, the charge nurse, in providing the safest and most comfortable patient experience before and after their surgical procedures. Nancy’s caring and warm personality will make you feel comfortable during the pre-op preparation as well as in the operating room.

Surgical Technologist

Brianne is a certified surgical technologist that maintains a close relationship with Dr. Heidari by assisting him with all surgical procedures and taking care of pre and post-op surgical needs. In addition, she is a strong member of our surgical team by being knowledgeable in sterile and aseptic techniques.
